	All major policy changes are e-mailed within minutes, during working hours.

	Electronic copies of all migration legislation (the Bill, Explanatory Memorandum, Second Reading Speech and the eventual Act, 
	plus Migration Regulations and their Explanatory Statements) are forwarded to achieve delivery within an hour. 

	Copies of all immigration policy statements, gazetted notices and determinationsby the Minister, Departmental updates, 
	and any significant statements by the Shadow Minister or pressure groups which have the potential to lead to policy changes, are forwarded 
	by e-mail, to achieve delivery within an hour.

	Relevant extracts of Hansard, covering all Parliamentary discussion of immigration issues are e-mailed to achieve delivery within 24
	hours of the discussion or debate.

	Details of all relevant immigration-related inquiries, and copies of the eventual reports, are forwarded by e-mail.

	Consolidated legislation – the parent Migration Acts and Regulations incorporating amendments – is forwarded within 24 hours of 
	its release by the Office of Legislative Drafting and Publishing
